Mark Riddle (44) has a background of management within the transport and farming industry. His experience has inspired him to use a highly original "real world" approach to his therapy. This has proved inspirational and highly successful for many clients since the establishment of his practice in 1998.
The practice was initially built around his acclaimed Smoking Cessation Courses containing many original ideas. Hundreds of clients have benefitted and can now claim to be non smokers. Mark has enjoyed radio coverage on Lincs FM and sister stations relating to smoking issues. He also appeared on BBC2 TV Series The Bank of Mum and Dad in 2004 as a Smoking Cessation Expert.

Success with the smoking also alerted local medical practices as to the potential of hypnotherapy in treating other psychosomatic problems. In providing regular solutions, there are now many local GPs and medical professionals who refer patients to Mark Riddle.
Sessions are informal in a very comfortable converted barn which houses his purpose built office, using the most modern equipment and techniques. A far cry from the old days of "swinging watches".
